For Giesecke & Devrient, corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a fundamental aspect of day-to-day business.Our guiding principle – “Creating Confidence.” – does not just revolve around complete trust in our products and solutions. It is also an expression of our attitude and obligation to our society.
As an independent, family-owned company now in its fifth generation, sustainability and responsibility form part of our corporate DNA. We understand to what degree our decades of corporate success are based on preserving values and handing them down to the next generation.
For our owners, Management Board, and all our employees, CSR is an integral part of our business activities.
Our long-term aim is to ensure a sustainable approach along the entire length of our company’s value chain. From procuring raw materials to manufacturing and packaging, right through to recycling our products, our intention is to consider the effects of our actions on the environment and wider society.
