Through professional and practical training sessions, we provide our customers with the necessary technical knowledge and know-how to manage, operate, and maintain their banknote processing systems.

Whether you are an operator, an in-house service engineer, or a system administrator, our training modules can provide you with all the specialist knowledge and know-how you need to operate your G&D banknote processing systems most efficiently. They cover topics such as general system functions, troubleshooting, and preventive measures. The user-friendly training programs are adapted to the individual learning pace of the course participants. Training materials, diagnostic tools, and extensive information material are all included. On completion of the training, all participants receive a certificate.

Always keep up to date. Once you have completed your basic training, we recommend taking refresher courses at regular intervals to learn about important new technical innovations in the field of banknote processing. Training sessions can be held either at a G&D training center or at our customers’ premises. We also offer web-based training for specific functions and features of our systems.
